Two Master's Degrees, both cum laude: one in Interpreting and one in Specialised Translation and Conference Interpreting. Both at the faculty of Advanced School of Modern Languages for Interpreters and Translators (SSLMIT -Scuola Superiore di Lingue Moderne per Interpreti e Traduttori) of the University of Trieste (Italy).
I've been working as a professional freelance interpreter and translator since 1998.
Due to the limited time I can dedicate to the translation of BabelCube books, I only translate books shorter than 10,000 words.
I'm an avid omnivorous reader, very fond of horror and fantasy literature. Among my favourite authors are Umberto Eco, William Shakespeare, E. A. Poe, J. R. R. Tolkien, Ildefonso Falcones, Ken Follet, George R. R. Martin, Stephen King.
