My career in translation started in 2013, when I joined www.tnt-audio.com, a digital magazine focused on hi-fi. I've translated for them more than 400 articles so far. Then in 2016 I joined Babelcube and in 2021 www.traduzionelibri.it (Tektime), an Italian Babelcube clone. I also worked for Amazon, my job was post-editing and strings revision.
I don't use translation software, all the translations are "human" translations. A translation is not just a mere substitution of words, it's also a way to convey emotions, and a machine will never accomplish a tremendous goal like this.
Unfortunately, translations are not my primary job anymore (not profitable), but I like to keep doing them in my spare time.
