I kept staring at the fancy green and red bordered flyer with bold calligraphy type and a translucent background of two barely dressed male elves kissing an also barely dressed female elf. I had found the flyer tucked in my apartment mailbox.
I’d never been to that shop, but I’d heard rumors through fellow co-workers about what got sold there. Toys for adults and everything was elf themed. I didn't know much about elves except that they were mostly short and dressed in red and green, had pointy ears and pointy shoes.
I was twenty years old, so that covered the eighteen plus part of the flyer. My height would also be a bonus if they were looking for short elves. I was just five foot four inches and that was when I was in heels. I sure could use the extra money for books for the bookkeeping night courses I’d enrolled in for the New Year.
Part time work be good too as I already had a full-time job, but what were their hours?
