I am an Italian bachelor graduate in Translation & Interpreting (target languages: English, German and an introduction to Arabic) living near Turin, in the north of Italy. I graduated with maximum scores (110L/110) in 2020 and am currently attending a yearly post-graduate specialization course in scientific and technical translation. I also own a First Certificate in English (Grade A) achieved in 2012.
The experience I gained throughout my bachelor includes the IT>EN>IT and IT>DE>IT translation of many documents of different genres, ranging from journalism to medical articles, package leaflets, business agreements and many more. I also have some experience in translating scientific articles for hire (during previous Chemistry studies at university).
I have a keen interest in history and a self-taught, rather in-depth knowledge of late Middle-Ages English history in particular. Other interests include travelling (I have visited many countries in Europe and Africa) and amatorial videoediting (I can use Sony Vegas Pro, and you can follow my ventures into fandom vidding on my Youtube channel). Avid reader, both of Italian and English books.
