Writer and Translator

I am a writer and a literary translator. I am french and live in the south of France where I write my books and translate for selfpublishers.

I translate books and Ebooks from English into French and from Italian into French. French is my native language and I have a Master's degree in English/Italian literature and translation.

Translating is writing. These words of the french writer Margurite Yourcenar define my profession very well. My job as a writer allows me to translate with the sensitivity of an artist. The two professions are closely linked. I translate as a writer who masters several languages. I put a stress on the fact that my translations are human and not computer-generated.
