Position: Bilingual Autorizer analist – Period: NOV/2013 - OCT/2014 Company: Tempo Serviços Main responsibilities: In this role the main goal is the analysis of accounts of credit cards, identify fraud, cancel and block cards, verify the credit limit of the individual and corporate cards from American Express, and much more.  Position: Trilingual Attendant – Period: DEC/2008 - JUL/ 2013 Company: Algar Tecnologia Main responsibilities: In this case, I worked providing service to a technology company in Israel (Comverse). The attendance was like the bridge between the customer and the engineer for troubleshooting. I translated, cases opened, checked and followed SLAs, had conferences, etc. English and Spanish were the languages used.  Position: Telesales – Period: NOV/2007 - SEP/2008 Company: Callink Main responsibilities: During this time the major focus was sale of plans for fixed telephony, sale for residential and business phones - I workied for Embratel.  Position: Trilingual Attendant – Period: DEC/2004 - JAN/2007 Company: ACS Main responsibilities: During this time two separate functions were exercised. First, providing Autorization Service to a health care plan (GEAP), then as a trilingual attendant, I was there to help customers dial national and international calls, and for that, it was used both English and Spanish as foreign languages.
