Paula was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and has lived in Italy since 1990.

She graduated in Sociology at the University of Buenos Aires, Facultad de Sociología and in 1995 she obtained a PhD in Sociology and Social Policy from the University of Bologna, Department of Sociology.

For more than 15 years she has been dedicated to educational projects, mainly in the early childhood (0-7 years); she collaborates with various institutions and groups in the public and private sector and the third sector (both in Italy and abroad). She deals with training, consultancy and management activities, as well as the conception, planning and coordination of complex educational interventions of an innovative nature.

She works on topics related to: interculture/inclusive processes, teaching of secondary/foreign languages, use of alternative expressive languages ​​(in particular  puppetry and storytelling), construction of collaborative networks (school - family - community), management of participatory processes, educational continuity and SEN.

She has been invited to Italy and abroad to give conferences, seminars and speeches (Argentina, Uruguay, Spain, Brazil, etc.). She has published in Italy and abroad.
