Sample text:

The ladybug necklace Sandy wore glistened. Only it wasn't her necklace, it was Remmy's, and she wanted it back. Charlie followed Remmy’s gaze, he saw what she was looking at. ‘You’ve ruined my life,” Sandy screamed at her Dad, Marcus. ‘Sandy, you need to stop this.’ He tried to keep his tone calm. ‘Give it back,’ Charlie said to her. ‘What?’ she shouted. ‘Remmy’s necklace. Give it back.’ ‘This ugly thing?’ she put her hand on the chain. ‘Sandy, did you take Remmy’s necklace?’ Marcus asked her. ‘So what if I did? She’s in my house.’ ‘Sandy, give it back this instance!’ ‘With pleasure,’ she gave a vicious smirk as she went to yank on it. ‘Don’t!’ Charlie shouted. She stopped what she was doing and looked back at him. With teary eyes, she undid the clasp of the necklace and chucked it at Remmy. Charlie quickly jumped forwards and caught it in his hands. ‘I hate it here and I hate you,’ She spat at Remmy. ‘Sandy, apologize now.’ Marcus said. She ignored him as she stormed off up the stairs. ‘Let her go and calm down,’ Janice touched Marcus’s arm. ‘Last time I did that she ran away,’ he sighed. ‘I’m going to go and talk to her.’ Janice watched him walk off and then she looked at Remmy and her friends. ‘She didn't mean it, Remmy, she's just angry.' Her mom smiled. ‘Yeah,’ Remmy grimaced. She knew full well that Sandy had meant every word. ‘She’s upset and trying to shift the blame onto everyone other than herself. Marcus will talk to her and sort this out. Besides, she didn’t get very far. We found her at the mall eating an ice cream.’ ‘Yeah.’ ‘Here you go,’ Charlie passed Remmy the necklace.
