Being on both a gluten free and dairy free diet can be a real challenge, I know because I’m there myself due to food allergies. Here’s a collection of 40 delicious recipes that are both gluten free & dairy free. There are 20 main dish recipes, 10 soups, and 10 desserts. These are great tasting, and may prove to be some mainstays in your food lifestyle.
I accidentally found my dairy allergy when I thought I was developing arthritis, in my case, when I went dairy free, in 3 weeks I was 100% pain free. I had never heard of an arthritis / dairy connection, and even now, if I eat even 1 piece of cheese, the next day my joints hurt all over. If you suffer from arthritis, consider trying a dairy free diet for 60 days, and see how your pain levels are effected (if at all). This book gives some delicious alternatives!
4.5 star rating by reviewers. Available only in English ebook currently, but plan to make it available in print soon. Usually averages 5- 20 sales per month.

I will be also making this into a paperback edition through Babelcube (hopefully more commissions for your work you do once), and will set up a landing page for this book and promote it (as with all my books)
Let me share a brief summary of my history, if I may. I’ve had an autoimmune disease called Hashimotos, which attacks my thyroid gland, for many years. My doctor recommended I eat a gluten free diet to help my overall health. It is thought by many that gluten triggers autoimmune responses in some individuals.
I then, quite by accident, discovered I was allergic to dairy in all forms. In my middle years, I noticed I began to get very stiff, and my joints, everywhere began to hurt. I assumed I was beginning to get arthritis; I began taking ibuprofen products daily to help manage the joint pain.
A close friend had just read the book ‘The China Study’ and gave me a copy recommending it to me, for overall health reasons. I read it and decided to try it for 1 month. I discovered 3 weeks later that I was 100% pain free, all the time, and I felt great. With time I realized a correlation between eating dairy, even just a piece of cheese, and my joints would hurt badly by the next day. I have since tested all forms of milk, cheese, goat’s cheese, etc, and all trigger joint pain for me. So I’ve had to adopt a dairy free and gluten free lifestyle.
I have since discovered other food allergies that are a hassle to avoid, but at the time of this writing, in 2 months, I have dropped 4 pant sizes by eliminating foods that cause health problems for me. Dairy was causing an inflammation response, and that can block weight loss.
