In this book there are explanations:
1. on murli extracts which have been taken from God’s murlis that were provided in the Brahma Kumaris.
2. on the significance of the Hindu myth which is referred to as Samudra Manthan or ‘Churning the Ocean of Milk’.
3. on what ‘churning’ means, etc.
Through churning the knowledge which is in this book:
1. you are directly exposed to the ocean of knowledge that is within God.
2. you enjoy numerous other benefits too. For example, you transform to become pure and divine. Then, you can live as a deity in the Golden Age (Ocean of Milk); you will look beautiful and will be constantly happy (like a beautiful, carefree butterfly) while you live in the Golden Age.
You will have a better understanding on all the above when you read this book.

When BKs deeply contemplate on the BK knowledge, it is said that they are churning the knowledge. A BK is a spiritual effort maker who makes spiritual efforts based on the ‘knowledge given by God in the Brahma Kumaris’. This knowledge is also referred to as:
1. Gyan (which means knowledge), or
2. BK Knowledge.
This knowledge can be found in the murlis (God’s messages/teachings) which God has spoken in the Brahma Kumaris.
Around 1936, God came into the Corporeal World, and began giving Lekhraj visions and guidance. With time:
1. BKs began to refer to Lekhraj as Brahma Baba.
2. God began using the physical body of Brahma Baba to give knowledge for ‘world transformation through self-transformation’. Therefore, as we transform into the divine state, through contemplating/churning on the knowledge given by God, the world also transforms into the Golden Aged world.
