Work enriches people's lives by giving it a special meaning and making them feel proud of their work and of what they can achieve. In the same way, it gives a sense of belonging to the organization and reinforces the organizational commitment.

I began to work for the Sertemar Company as Assistant to the Presidency where my work was to translate all the reports that were prepared in the company whose content was naval vocabulary, since my Boss was a Naval Engineer and advice was given to the tuna companies that they owned fishing boats the same ones that navigated in international waters since they had to transport the fish in its phase for export, at the same time I made calls to international companies since my boss was in charge of another chemical company that imported chemical products that helped to keep the environment in good condition when it was contaminated by an oil spill, since our clients were public companies.

These public entities held a bidding contest and the Company always participated in these contests and we were favored with this contest.

My next experience was as a translator for another company in which I had to translate legal texts for a legal firm, there all kinds of legal vocabulary were used to be presented in the courts in the civil area.

In the companies for which I have provided my services, I have always used the English language since my position has been bilingual and I have worked this way for fifteen years, I am fascinated by literature in English and watching movies in another language, I have traveled all over my country and I have also gone out for tourism and I have attended seminars that have been dictated in other countries such as Argentina, Panama and Colombia, I have always thought that the individual should continue to improve never stay with the knowledge acquired in the College and University.

It is important that we always continue preparing because whoever studies acquires knowledge. knowledge is the only thing that can help you fully develop your capabilities. ... It is important because knowing things and understanding the reasons why they are or happen that way is what allows you to question them and bring progress to all humanity.

My purpose of studying is to overcome my limits and goals, to maintain a balance between my mind, soul, body and heart, in order to find what I am passionate about and put all my effort into fighting for it.

We live in a society that changes constantly and also demands more and more knowledge so that studying and training, keeps people informed, prepared and facilitates their entry into the world of work. ...
