My name is Yerlan Karatayev. I am 54 years old successful trilingual English-Russian-Kazakh literary translator. My first higher education: in 1991 I have graduated from the Kazakh National University, its Historical Department where I majored in World History. Then I finished the American Higher School of English language & literature in 2003 where I received a Cum Laude certificate of a professional English-Russian translator. Since then I do literary translation.
