I am a professional translator with more than 10 years of experience.

Portuguese: As a native from Brazil and with a Bachelor's Degree in Modern Languages, I have a solid understanding and comprehension of Brazilian Portuguese, as well as the natural ability to use the language to communicate and express ideas successfully.

English: I have studied the English language extensively for decades and I have been in touch with the American culture for many years. I also hold a New York University (NYU) certificate in Translation Studies and a Master's Degree in Second Language Acquisition from Framingham State University (FSU).

From abstracts to short texts to books, I have a vast experience translating between the two languages. With a natural detail-oriented personality, I have been able to deliver high-quality translations over and over. 

I believe tranlation is more than just a profession, but an art and a skill combined and perfected with a lot of hard work. One has to love words and their magical power to instruct, direct, inspire, change and touch people's hearts.
