From English into French - du français à l'anglais

NOT TAKING ANY TRANSLATION WORK FOR THE MOMENT

I worked for 10 years as a legal translator in London, UK - I am currently managing translations of terms & conditions on website -  I have translated amongs other items, a brochure for Aston Martin for the Geneva Motor Show, marketing material for Dimplex explaining the benefit of using electricity v- wood fires in a French context, a brochure for rice making and how to fix troubles - my experience is vast but over everything I love books - I love reading and often feel that it is a shame this book is not translated so I can share it with my friends who do not read English or French.

Having lived most of my life in the UK and Ireland, even though my mother tongue is French I am at ease translating from French into English - most of my experience in translating is either from French into English or from English into French.

Ayant passe la plus grande partie de mon existence dans des pays anglophones, bien que française d'origine, je suis aussi à l'aise pour traduire du français à l'anglais que de l'anglais au français - j'adore lire - j'adore les livres et suis toujours a l'affut de la traduction du livre que je viens de lire pour pouvoir le partager avec mes amis, français ou anglais. Pas toujours possible.

Mon experience de traductrice est tres variee - ai passe 10 ans dans un bureau juridique a Londres, UK a faire des traductions - Je vis depuis 20 ans en Irlande ou je supervise la traduction des termes et conditions d'un site internet - j'ai traduit entre autre une brochure Aston Martin pour le Geneva Motor Show, un rapport marketing pour Glen Dimplex sur les habitudes francaise du chauffage au bois par rapport au chauffage electrique, instructions pour réparer une machine a faire des gâteaux de riz.
