Sworn translator Dutch, Spanish and English, experienced in literary translations

Dear Author/ Publisher/ Translator,

I would love to team up with other translators and work on literary texts. I am a professional translator with experience in the field of literary translations. Below some more details of my professional trajectory. 

From 2004 to 2010, I studied English Literature at the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). Though I did not graduate, I did conclude the eight semesters of the program. During my studies, I had a chance to explore not only English Literature, but also Spanish and even Dutch contemporary works and write essays on them, both in English and Spanish. It was also during this time that I increased my knowledge and skills in both languages, obtaining the Certificate of Proficiency (CEFR C2) of Cambridge University. In 2016, I also got a Certificate of Spanish (CEFR C1) of the Riviera Maya University.

From 2012 to 2014, I edited articles written in English for Mi Amiga Magazine and translated Spanish articles into English as well.

In 2016, I translated the Diary of Anne Frank for a new edition published by Editorial Mirlo in Mexico in 2017 (ISBN Title 978-607-14-2140-1). Also, in December of last year, I successfully applied for registry as Sworn Translator for the State of Quintana Roo, Mexico. Starting 2017, I began working as Content Editor for nl.ccm.net, where I edit and write articles on technology. 

Although I have quite some requests for translations of official documents, I hope to work on something more interesting soon!
