I was born to a policeman and a banker, and as my mother worked with international customers every day in the bank, she noticed that knowing english would open plenty of doors for my siblings and I. She bought us picture books in english and spoke only english at home, and it was a fun game.
As a teen, I discovered plenty of forums and fandom spaces on the internet, and made online friends with people from all over the world. I had the good fortune of reading books before their release date in my country because I could read the original version in english.
As an adult, I took courses to polish my pronunciation and grammar, and it has brought me great joy to participate as a translator in touristic events. I wish to continue enjoying this fun language and bringing people together, so ideas are never stopped by any barrier.
