Welcome!

Thank you for reading my profile, My name is Marcos Quiroz I am a Chilean student of Translation in the Universidad de Playa Ancha in Chile. My experience with translation is recent in professional fields, However, I have spoken English since a very young age.

English has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, I've fallen in love with it ever since I learned it on my own, and while translating I put all my passion while doing something I truly love and I feel it's my calling in life.

As a student, I have to split my time between work and university, due to this my part-time job lies in the museum of the famous Chilean poet Pablo Neruda, there, I meet tourists from parts of the world such as China, the United States of America, Germany, Italy, France, Belgium, Canada, Japan and Korea to name a few which in return allows me to practice my English skills in a natural and controlled environment. Even in the comfort of my home, I continue to expand my knowledge of languages, such as German, Russian, French and Italian.

I look forward working with authors who wish to translate their work, and I hope I can deliver satisfactory results in my future translations.
