From a young age, I’ve been passionate about literature and writing, which led me to pursue a degree in Communications. During my studies, I explored various aspects of communication and language, which only deepened my love for words. It was after graduating that I discovered the transformative power of translation.
I had the privilege of translating Tom McCann’s book, "The Transforming Presence," from English to Portuguese. This project was a significant milestone in my career, as it opened my eyes to the joy of bringing an author's message to new audiences and cultures. I collaborate closely with my mother, a published author in Brazil with exceptional command of Portuguese. She, like me, is fluent in English, a skill she imparted to me from an early age.
