I was born on June 7, 1990, in Venezuela. I studied Information Sciences, a degree program that provided me with a solid foundation in knowledge management, documentation, museology, and the arts. From a very young age, I began working as an administrative assistant and in roles related to organizational management, customer service, and administrative support—experiences that strengthened my written communication skills, precision in handling information, and professional responsibility.
Over the years, I have maintained a strong interest in languages and intercultural communication. I currently volunteer on translation projects on collaborative platforms such as TED and Proz, where I help make educational and cultural content accessible to a wider audience. This experience has allowed me to gain ongoing practice in translation, text editing, and linguistic adaptation.
My interest in literary translation stems from my affinity for the world of knowledge, books, and cultural dissemination. I am particularly motivated by the opportunity to help ensure that works, ideas, and stories reach readers of different languages and backgrounds.
I have been living in Brazil since 2020, an experience that has deepened my daily exposure to the Portuguese language and a multicultural environment. In addition to Spanish, my native language, I am fluent in Portuguese and English, languages I have been learning and practicing for many years.
