Those who know nothing of foreign languages, know nothing of their own.

I'm in my late 30s, I have two children and a wide experience as project manager and external relationship manager. My biggest passions are reading and writing, thus I recently decided to start a new career as a freelance editorial translator. My language pairs are FR/IT and EN/IT, I'm focused on children/ya books, but I'm keen to translate faiction in any form.

I have a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature and a Master degree in Intercultural competence and management; I have followed a course for editorial translators and will start soon another one focused on literature for children.

Now I'm working on an essay regarding Single parent families for an Italian publishing house.
