Giulia Mancini was born in Puglia and moved to Bologna at a very young age, where she has lived since 1983, studied and earned a degree in Economics. She has worked in the administration department in a large company, but she has never managed to break away from her passion for creative writing. Her love for reading dates back to her childhood and at the age of eleven she started writing when she tried to collect her thoughts in a diary. Over the years she wrote novels and short stories, but only for herself and a few friends. Her first self-published novel with Streetlib is entitled "Freedom has a high price." In August of 2015, the same publisher, Streetlib, released her second novel, "End of summer".
