Native Italian translator, editor and proofreader

I graduated in Foreign Languages and Literatures at the University of Milan in 2017, always achieving top marks in my Spanish language and translation exams.

I recently attended courses in book editing and proofreading with excellent results.

I believe that translating does not just mean replacing a word with the correspondig word in another language. I believe it is something more: to transfer the author's intention and the emotions he wanted to convey to his readers into another language as faithfully as possible.

This is what I do, with the attention and the precision that characterize me. If "to translate is to betray", I try to betray as little as possibile.

Me licencié en Lenguas y Literaturas Extranjeras en la Universidad de Milán en 2017, sacando siempre las mejores notas en los exámenes de traducción y lengua española.

Recientemente asistí a cursos de edición y corrección del texto con excelentes resultados.

Creo que traducir no significa solo reemplazar una palabra por la palabra correspondiente en otro idioma. Creo que es algo más: trasladar a otro idioma la intención del autor y las emociones que quería transmitir a sus lectores de la forma más fiel posible.

Eso es lo que hago, con la atención y la precisión que me caracterizan. Si “traducir es traicionar”, yo trato de traicionar lo mínimo.
