I am an entrepreneur and consultant in Agile Management. I have over 30 years of experience in Information Technology, graduated from PUC-RJ, MBA from IBMEC and MBI in Strategic IT Management from NCE / UFRJ. Enthusiastic about agile methodologies, I took these practices to O Globo newspaper (Rio de Janeiro) at the beginning of the agile movement and, later, as one of the partners of Teamware (later, ViaDigital Solutions), I implemented several transformational projects. I joined the Olympic program (Rio 2016), as CIO of the managing company. From this project, and seeking to address many of the problems experienced until then, the idea was born creation of the startup Zehnk. I am also a co-author of the Manifesto of Collaborative Work and I have 2 books published: What Kind of Leader Are You ?, which gave rise to the last one: Transformation Agile.
