My name is Andrés Sotelo, I am a 28 years-old professional translator with a vision of what I want to do in my future. Even with my young age, I have had the opportunity to translate several documents, from pharmaceutical to violin-making texts - A book about Antonio Stradivari's life.
I have been working for a company at Mexico City as a translator and I have learnt about different subjects such as medicine, laws, etc.
I studied literary translation, criticism and research, which makes me a perfect choice to translate poetry, short stories, novels and so on. I find short stories and poetry very exciting to translate since words can express what probably actions cannot.
