A voracious multilingual reader, I am a passionate communicator and translator.  I strive to deliver work that offers the utmost accuracy in tone, context and content, and which conforms to and transposes every bit of nuance conferred to it by its author.  I'm passionate about superlative translations because I believe an author's hard work deserves respect and care, and because readers deserve to get their hands on what the author intended to say, and not the closest approximation of a possible best guess that was available at the time. 

I'm natively multilingual, and I have a flair for languages.  That means I grew up speaking more than one language, and that I'm a reasonably quick learner -- all the more so when I have the occasion to immerse in a given language.  In fact, I've mastered all my working languages through immersion, which means I'm intimately familiar with real-life rather than textbook usage and speech.  It also means I continuously strive for near-native proficiency or better, and make it a point of pride to deliver translations that are seamless and wholly on-point.

I offer generalised as well as technical translations, fiction and non-fiction.  I have a wealth of interests, and that means I try to keep a good level of competence in several areas.  Due to the flexibility required and creative efforts involved, literary translations are where I really shine.
