I graduated in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Salamanca, where I also studied a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education, Vocational Training and Language Teaching. Furthermore, I received my Master’s Degree in Medical Translation from the Jaume I University (UJI), in which I had the opportunity to undertake a translation traineeship at Editorial Médica Panamericana.
As part of my work experience, I have translated general texts from different fields for private clients and translation agencies in the language pairs EN/DE/IT>ES and ES>EN. In addition, I have volunteered and worked as a trainee translator for international organisations such as Child Rights International Network (CRIN) and the United Nations (UN). Besides translating, some of my tasks have occasionally consisted of project managing and team coordination. I am currently a freelance translator working mainly for a translation agency specialised in healthcare and market studies.
