Matt confronts Cade to come to terms with their differences. With supplies running low and new twists being continually added to the game, the guys have to decide if it's worth the risk to go on a very dangerous mission. The outcome could spell life or death for their entire group.
Zombie Wars Online combines the best parts of horror and gaming in an ever-changing world where every episode introduces a new hacker induced trauma to an already horrific gaming experience.
Genre: FICTION / HorrorAs expected, the graveyard was jam-packed. Low-level players huddled together towards the center, trying to keep safe, while higher-level players made short work of the zombies on the outskirts bordering the forest.
Cade would be hard to find. He wasn't particularly unique looking, and there were plenty of places to hide among the crowd. Matt turned on the identifier option in his settings panel to display screen names over the player's heads. He was looking for 3m0k1d.
It took a bit of searching, walking around aimlessly and staring up toward the sky like an idiot before Matt finally saw his friend's name. Anger still rolled through him as he approached, but he knew this was something he had to do. Getting Cade back was paramount to the safety of their group.
Almost as soon as Cade saw Matt, a condescending sneer crept across his pale face. “Coming to beg for my protection like the weakling you are?”
“Not for my sake.” Matt gritted his teeth.
“You shouldn't have booted me just because I'm not interested in protecting the tag-alongs you keep bringing into the group.”
“You didn't seem to feel that way when I brought Hayley back.”
He was silent for a moment. “I can fuck Hayley, so she serves some purpose to me.”
“You can fuck Rowan too. I'm pretty sure he isn't going to mind.”
