6) Remove the shrimp, immediately placing on a paper towel to drain. Fry immediately.
7) To fry the shrimp: In a skillet, melt 3 Tbsp coconut oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and fry, stirring occasionally, for 5-8 minutes.
8) Turn the shrimp out on a plate, and serve immediately.
