Ingredients
2 apples, preferably Granny Smith; peeled, cored & cut into thick slices; then cut into small chunks
¼ cup apple juice
1 cup granola cereal (½ bran flakes mixed with ½ cup granola cereal)
½ tsp. Ground nutmeg
2 tbsp. Butter, dairy-free
⅛ cup maple syrup
1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
Directions
Put everything together into the bottom of your slow cooker; give everything a good stir.
Lock the lid to its place & cook on low-heat settings for 4 hours.
6 tbsp. Applesauce
1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. Vanilla extract
3 cups rolled oats
¼ tsp. Maple extract
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted & chopped
¼ cup pure maple syrup
1 cup chopped pecans
¼ tsp. Salt
Optional Ingredients
1 tbsp. Hemp seed hearts
2 tbsp. Brown sugar
1 tbsp. Chia seeds
Directions
Pour applesauce together with brown sugar, maple syrup, hemp hearts, vanilla, cinnamon, maple extracts, Chia seeds & salt into the bottom of your slow cooker; give everything a good stir until combined well and then add pecans and oats; stir again to mix.
