Introduction

I had spent 9 years working in China as an English teacher in the universities there. My intention with this book is to share in as much detail as possible my first year in Fuyang Anhui province.

I will share the entire story from preparing to go there to the last day. You will learn stories about the people, places and things I have seen during this incredible adventure for me.

My style may be different from other writers, but there is a great story to be told of my time there. Stories of my students, friends and all the little happenings.

There will be many short stories, even just paragraphs. The book will not have normal chapters, but just story after story separated by bold titles.

I hope you enjoy the stories......................KDB
