Ingredients:

six tablespoons of granulated Swerve powder
one quarter cup of butter, melted
two tablespoons of coconut sugar, powdered
one quarter teaspoon of Xanthan gum
half a cup of whole cream
one quarter teaspoon of salt
two tablespoons of water

 

Directions:

Place saucepan over medium flame add butter, coconut sugar, and swerve powder and cook for five minutes.  Take saucepan off the heat add in the cream, and allow to bubble now add the gum with salt and keep stirring.  Place back over heat allow to boil for a minute.  Remove and allow to cool then add water and stir well.
