Ingredients:
1 ounce cream cheese
1 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup pecans, diced
2 ½ tablespoons Cauliflower, crumbled
2 ½ tablespoons chia seeds
2 ½ tablespoons flax seed meal
1 tablespoon heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoons Erythritol, powdered
½ teaspoon cinnamon
3-5 drops Stevia
Dash of maple flavor
Dash of vanilla extract
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of allspice
Directions:
In a small bowl, stir together the chia seeds and flax seeds until well combined. Set aside.
Put a pan with the pecans over low heat and roast until slightly brown.
Place a large saucepan with the coconut milk over high heat until warm.
Add the crumbled cauliflower to the saucepan and let sit until mixture comes to a boil.
