Garlic Butter Chicken With Cream Cheese Sauce
Spiked with lots of garlic, this flavorful crock-pot chicken dish comes with a cream cheese sauce that is tangy while being a bit sweet.
Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
Cooking Time: 6 Hours
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
2 ½ lb Chicken breasts
8 Garlic cloves, halved
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 Butter stick
1 Onion, sliced thinly
1 ½ tsp Salt
1 cup of Chicken stock
Directions:
1. Place the chicken breasts in the crock-pot, and then stir in the butter.
2. Next, place the garlic cloves all over the crock-pot and then add the seasonings.
3. Cover the crock-pot and cook for 6 hours on low heat.
4. In the meantime, heat a pan over medium-low heat.
5. Then, pour the stock, cream cheese and salt into the pan and stir until well combined and creamy.
6. Finally, spoon this sauce over the chicken.
