In fact, the blonde hippy woman is actually my mother. My Mom is alternative with a Capital A…I hope we fit in here! And the ninja assassin is really Mr. Jones and he appears to be rather friendly for a school principal. He greeted me with a huge smile and a high five. In fact, I think that will be a much better name for my new principal, Mr. High Five.
I am the 12 year old girl who back flipped to save my mother. Okay, I’ve got a very active imagination. Actually I’m not beautiful, but a bit of a plain Jane and I’m kind of almost cool, but not quite. I do like to think of myself as a child genius and funnier than a Bugs Bunny cartoon.
This is my new school, Harper Valley Elementary. I liked my old school. It was a pretty good school…before the explosion and fire. Don’t get me wrong. I’m sure it will be good again, once the repairs are finished.
How was I to know that mixing a bit of this with a bit of that would cause an explosion? I bet the inventor of dynamite wasn’t asked to leave his school!
Mom and Dad split a couple of months before my invention incident. After the incident, it was suggested that my Mom should find a school more suitable. This wasn’t a very good start to the year!
