Ingredients:

• Low-carb burger buns, to serve with
• 2 avocados, peeled, cut into chunks
• 1/3 cup almond meal
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• About 2.5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1lb. ground chicken
• 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions:

1. First of all, please make sure that you’ve all the ingredients available. Combine the turkey with remaining ingredients in a bowl.
2. Now shape the mixture in 4 patties.
3. This step is important. Preheat the grill & brush with some cooking oil.
4. One thing remains to be done. Then grill the burger for about 2 to 5 minutes per side.
5. Finally serve while still hot, with toasted burger buns.
