EXTRA ORDINARY CHOCOLATE BLENDER CAKE
What you need
One-two tablespoon vanilla extract
1 large egg
Heaping 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, plus more for sprinkling on sprinkle
One-two extra-large or may be two small ripe banana(s), peeled
Three-four tbsps honey (agave or maple syrup may be substituted)
Heaping 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
One/four-one tsp baking soda
Pinch salt, optional and to taste
How to prepare
Assemble all the ingredients at one place
Preheat oven to 352F and spray a nine-inch round cake pan with cooking spray. Then set it apart.
To the canister of a blender, add all ingredients except chocolate chips and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy for approximately 1 minute.
Now you should add chocolate chips and whisk in by hand. Don't use the blender because it will pulverize them.
Turn batter out within prepared pan, smoothing the sprinkle lightly with a spatula if necessary.
Evenly sprinkle with a tablespoon and add some extra chocolate chips.
One thing remains to be done now.
Bake for approximately 26 minutes, or until the cake is set in the middle, springy to the touch, and a toothpick inserted within the center comes out clean, or may be with a few moist crumbs, but no batter. Due to variances in moisture levels in bananas, peanut butter, oven and climate variances, baking times will range. Start watching closely at 22 minutes, and always bake till done. Now allow cake to cool in pan for approximately 17 minutes, or may be until it's firmed up and is cool enough to withdraw from pan.
Smell the aroma and serve.
