Austrian translator with a passion for foreign languages, cultures, food... and books.

I hold a Master's Degree in translation studies for French and Russian, which I completed in 2015. I succeeded in the Cambridge English Proficiency (C2) exam and in the DELE C1 exam for Spanish. Currently I am living with my Spanish partner, with whom I have been living together for several years now.

My fascination for foreign cultures and languages keeps growing steadily. Several stays abroad later, including two exchange semesters in Belgium and Russia, some summer jobs in Spain and France, an internship at a language service provider the UK, a year teaching German in Spain and 5 month of traineeship in the Directorate General for Translation of the European Commission in Luxembourg, my passion is still growing. With every book I read, I feel like there is more and more to learn.

I am a big fan of traveling and being outdoors: hiking, biking, skiing, or simply going for a walk. I also love yoga and rock climbing, as well as my "indoor jungle" (I love to grow plants, so my jungle consists of mango trees, avocado trees, pineapple plants, medlars...) and I am a passionate hobby photographer.
