I have studied French Language and Literature in Cyprus. After completing my undergraduate studies, I moved to France and obtained a Master 1 European Studies. I have, then, continued my studies in the translation field in England by entering the MA Translation Studies. I am working as a freelance translator since 2014. I am eager to learn and always looking for ways to expand my general knowledge. I am a volunteer-event coordinator in a dog sanctuary. I am also a volunteer translator for TED, providing subtitling services, an experience that allowed me to acquire a good grasp of the translation profession, translating from and into English, Greek and French. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of being a TED translator and I am eager to take on translation work within a more multifaceted role.
