As a native German speaker, I translate from English into German as well as from German into English. My goal is to create translations that sound natural and engaging while staying true to the author’s voice, tone, and message.
Over the years, I have worked on a wide range of projects, including nonfiction books, websites, marketing copy, business and technology content, blog articles, and children’s content. I don’t believe in translating word for word. Instead, I adapt each text carefully so that it feels authentic to its new audience.

Hallo, ich bin Steffi und arbeite seit über 12 Jahren als professionelle Übersetzerin für Englisch und Deutsch.
Als deutsche Muttersprachlerin übersetze ich sowohl aus dem Englischen ins Deutsche als auch aus dem Deutschen ins Englische. Dabei ist es mir wichtig, Texte zu schaffen, die sich natürlich und flüssig lesen und gleichzeitig die Stimme, den Stil und die Botschaft der Autorin oder des Autors bewahren.
Im Laufe der Jahre habe ich an ganz unterschiedlichen Projekten gearbeitet, darunter Sachbücher, Websites, Marketingtexte, Wirtschafts- und Technologieinhalte, Blogartikel und Kinderinhalte.
