Literature and languages have always been key aspects of my life, so studying a B.A. in English Linguistics and Literature was a no brainer. It was then when I discovered my true vocation: translation. During my studies, I took several additional translation courses with emphasis on literary translation. After graduating with an Award for Academic Excellence, I began a Master's Degree on translation, and thus I acquired the experience to offer a good-quality translation service. For several years I have had the great pleasure to work in a big translation company in Barcelona, Spain, where I continued to develop my skills. Nowadays I specialise in translation for the administrative field, but I occasionally translate books as a side job and a hobby.

I work with SDL Trados (CAT tool) for a better consistency and quality in my translations. I also have advanced knowledge of editing tools such as Photoshop, in case you need help with the Spanish cover of the book, for example.
I would be glad to work with authors who are passionate about their writing and who take the translation of their book seriously. I would be glad to help them with the Spanish trailer of the book (and any other means of publicity).
