Hello everyone! My name is Sabrina and I am an Italian translator who speaks English and German specialising in technical, medical, literary and audiovisual translation. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistic Mediation and Intercultural Communication and a Master's Degree in Specialized Translation.
I have always been interested in books, films and everything that allows me to use my imagination with no limits. I also like writing - I even won a writing contest for a short story I wrote - and I think this is essential when it comes to translation.
My experiences to date mainly include translating articles, subtitles and web content. What I love the most about my job is the creativity I can put into it! I adore finding alternative solutions to surprise the readers. I had the opportunity to use and improve my skills by translating articles and poetry for Translatedselves, subtitling videos and TV series for several companies localizing web content for a Chinese company.
