Hello, my name is Roberto Sánchez. I was born in Venezuela in the year 1989.
I was interested in learning English since I was a little kid, and I eventually started reading books and teaching myself. I watched so many movies and read so many books. For now I can understand about 98% of what I read and listen in english. Mi weakness would be how to construct complex sentences from spanish to english, but I do pretty well the other way around. But since I hope to translate only from english to my native languaje, that wouldn't be much of a problem.
I agree with the filosophy of translating ideas, tryng to comunicate the general intention of what is being said instead of the exact words that were originally written.
I've never worked as a translator before, but I've made lots of traductions from books for my friends or family. I can say with confidence that I'm good at it.
Anyway, the translation tests will be my final proof, and only the person who needs the translation will decide in that matter.
That being said... can only hope for the better, and that we can translate together with joy and good vibes.
