Good afternoon,

My name is Patrícia and I saw your ad when searching for translators.

I've always loved making translations. So much so that in school that was my best and favorite subject.

Since then, I've worked in a Legal and Paralegal Consulting Office also making translations which gave me the opportunity to take the IELTS examination. But English is not the only language that I'm comfortable with.

I've also worked in a Tourism Office and spoke a lot of Spanish too.

I'm Portuguese, so Spain is my neighboring country. I grew up hearing and speaking Spanish.

I look forward to work with you all and in the process be able to read all these great books.

I was all the more impressed that Patrícia was able to accurately translate all the 'Scottish slang' one of the characters had, and to keep the flavour of the story while making it available to more readers. I would wholeheartedly recommend Patrícia to anyone who wants a Portuguese translation for their book.
