I earned a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from the University of Panama in 1986, and had the joy to work in this field from 1982 until 1992. Interested mainly in books and the production side of published materials, I pursued a Master's degree in Book and Magazine Publishing (Individualized Study) at New York University. I successfully completed this program in 1995. In 1996, I was hired by the Assemblies of God, Springfield, MO, in order to translate and edit their religious publications as part of an Editing Team. After three years, this interesting job led me to continue to work as a Spanish Translator and Interpreter as a free-lance professional. Overall, I have been doing translation work since 1993, which also includes interpreting, editing, proofreading, and voice recording.
