Italian native speaker, educated in the UK with a brief living experience in the USA. My educational background is computer science, artificial intelligence and robotics at Master's level (should start a PhD soon) and I love reading. From fantasy books to historical drama (Ken Follet's fan here!) with a passion for E.A. Poe, Arthur Conan Doyle, Jeffery Deaver and James Patterson, I love them all.
I write poetry but I am also an aspiring fiction writer, completing (hopefully soon) my first screenplay in Italian. My other experiences include translation of articles from English but also writing original content for websites and advertisement campaigns in both English and Italian.
I would love to have more chances to translate books, using my knowledge of the local language and culture to preserve the original meaning of sentences.
My hobbies are: photography (semi-pro level), music (formally trained classical and jazz guitarist, certified sound engineer), sports (especially bodybuilding and weightlifting), cooking, fine (italian) wines.
