I am a 25 Italian young woman who have just graduated in a Master Degree in Modern Language. My Bachelor Degree (which I obtained 3 years ago) was about Foreign Languages and Literature. I have a great passion for books and foreign literatures and I want this to become also my job. During my career I had the chance to partecipate in a summer workshop dedicated to the translation from English and Spanish, which are my languages of study; this workshop helped me a lot to get through the translation process and opened my mind to this potential carrer. This last year I had the possibility to travel and live temporarily abroad, in particular I spent 4 months in an American college and 5 months in Spain thanks to the Erasmus Program. These wonderful experiences made me a more open-minded and diversity-aware person: I have got a great sense of the importance of travelling to discover other cultures and ourselves, as well as to preserve the differences that enriche our world.
