I have a real passion for translating, especially fiction. I have but a couple of translations published, one being a collection of poems (from Spanish to Portuguese) of which I am really proud, but I would love to enlarge my CV, and I hope to have the opportunity to do so here. As a writer myself (with a collection of short stories published in Portuguese), I have experience with literary fiction and different levels of language; and, as a researcher, I have a degree in Comparative Literature, which provided me with a real sense of the relations between cultures and literatures. I am looking forward to trabslating fiction - and also would be open to translate non-fiction, particularly social studies and essays.
