I learned English in school where the courses were given in English. My father had a bookstore and that's why reading is my hobby; I read different kinds of books of history, novels and stories. Some examples of these are: Hawaii, Alaska, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Ben Hur, Great Expectations, the Bible, David Copperfield, Moby Dick, Robinson Crusoe, Anne Frank, The Mystery, Gone With the Wind, A Tale of Two Cities, The Case for Christ, Catcher in the Rye, The Merchant of Venice, Anne Frank, The Silver Chalice, Exodus and Romeo and Juliet. I have a bachelor of science degree from the Catholic University in Ponce, Puerto Rico. The next year I studied medical technology; almost all the books were in English because of the curriculum. I am fluent in grammar and composition. I worked in laboratories and hospitals and the reports, procedures, etc. were in that language. Though now retired I keep in touch with friends of the Continental United States.
