My name is Lingling Yu. I was born in Hongkong and at the age of 4, my family moved to Germany, where I lived and studied until the age of 17. I live in São Paulo, Brazil, since 1973 and graduated at the University of São Paulo (French and Spanish Language and Literature). Afterwards I attended a translations and interpretation course at the reputed Associação Alumni in São Paulo (English – Portuguese). So, German and Portuguese are my native languages, but I have a good command of English, too..
I worked for 32 years at Mercedes-Benz in São Paulo as a translator and executive secretary, and I am a sworn translator and interpreter for German – Portuguese since 2000, accustomed to different topics as marketing, law, technical handbooks and certificates.
My hobby is reading (human sciences, fiction and others).
