Author review: Ms. Kellie is a true professional. She is fast, friendly, and efficient; she pays attention to detail, and she understands the subtleties in different languages and cultures. She communicates extraordinarily well and that makes the author's job easier. I highly recommend her, and will use her as often as possible in the future.

Author review: I granted her all of the extensions she requested and she produced a product that I could not accept because it did not meet the Babelcube guidelines. The translated book contained extra spaces before and after periods and question marks. It also included a cover page, a title page, a copyright page and a table of contents with page numbers. On the book's web page, she wrote the translated book title, translated book description and translated author's biography in English instead of in German. She also placed the sample text in the section where the author's biography was supposed to appear. Although I asked her repeatedly to correct these items and to follow the translation guidelines that Babelcube has published on the website, she repeatedly failed to do so. She sent me an email indicating that she had completed the necessary changes but had only corrected the spaces and removed the cover page. The last time I emailed her to request she remove the extra pages and to translate the web page text from German into English, she sent me the following message, "Falafel do your own book, I cancel. You can take the pages out by yourself. You are the only one that gives me trouble. I have done lots and lots of books for Babelcube and never ever did any one complain. You the only one. Thank you. Karin Kellie" Even if could remove the extra pages, I could not change the English book title, book description and author's bio into German. She wasted a lot of my time during which she made my book unavailable to other German translators. I am very unhappy with her performance. She mentioned in one of her emails that she was busy working on 24 titles. When I viewed her profile today, I counted 26 books in progress. I have to wonder if she has taken on more work than she can handle. I'd award zero stars if the rating system would allow it.
